Chattogram: The former Ward Councilor of the Chattogram City Corporation (Chasik), Mr. Elias, has been arrested by the Halishahar Thana Police. This was confirmed by the Officer-in-Charge (OC) Moniruzzaman of the Halishahar Thana on Monday (January 13).
