New Title: Newly Elected Club Committee Assumes Responsibilities
In a recent ceremony at the Club Milonayoton in the capital, the newly elected committee of the Crime Reporters Association (CRAB) for the year 2025 took over their responsibilities from the outgoing 2024 committee. The handover ceremony was marked by well-wishes from the former president of the club, Mirza Mehedi Tamal, and the general editor, M.M. Badshah.
Well-Wishes and Hopes for Success
The outgoing committee’s president, Kamruzzaman Khan, and general editor, Sirajul Islam, extended their best wishes to the new committee for a successful tenure. Former CRAB president S.M. Abul Hossain, Madhusudan Mondal, Abul Khayer, Dhaka Reporters Unity Vice President and former CRAB vice president Abu Saleh Akon, senior member Belayet Hossain, Patrick D. Costa, Ikramul Kabir Tipu, Deepak Choudhury, Ayub Ansari, and former general editor of CRAB, Sarwar Alam, were also present at the event.
Speaking at the ceremony, the speakers expressed optimism that the new committee would continue the rich tradition of camaraderie and unity at CRAB, aiming to achieve greater success in the future. They emphasized the importance of maintaining mutual respect and trust among junior and senior members for fostering a harmonious relationship within the organization.
