Samsuddin, now 101 years old, lives in a modest house in Jashore city’s police line area. Although he has a permanent residence in Dogachhia, Sadar Upazila, he has spent nearly two decades in this house, where he currently lives with his children. Recently, the District Administrator of Jashore, Mr. Azharul Islam, visited Samsuddin to honor his service during the war.
