The BC Trust University Graduation Ceremony took place in Bangladesh, marking a fresh start for the students of the Spring 2025 (January-June) session and bidding farewell to those from the 2024 session. The ceremony, presided over by the esteemed Registrar of the university, Dr. S.M. Showeb, featured the Vice-Chancellor, Professor Dr. A.F.M. Aurangajeb, and the former Dean of the Law Faculty at Chittagong University and Advisor of the Law Department at BC Trust University, Professor A.B.M. Abu Noman as the chief guests.

Welcoming and farewell speeches were given by the Chairman of the Law Department, Mr. Abdul Hannan, along with faculty members from the Business Administration Department, Norin Afrin, the Journalism and Media Studies Department, Tasnuva Tahsin, and the Law Department, Farhat Islam. Further insights were shared by the Chairman of the Business Administration Department, Professor Dr. M. Sarwar Uddin, the Chairman of the Computer Science and Engineering Department, Mr. Salahuddin Chowdhury, and other distinguished faculty members and students.

Professor A.F.M. Aurangajeb emphasized the importance of hard work and dedication in the rapidly evolving world, highlighting the significance of perseverance in achieving long-term success. He stressed that there are no shortcuts to acquiring knowledge and urged students to stay committed to their education for sustainable growth and development.

In a heartfelt message, Professor A.B.M. Abu Noman encouraged students to hold onto their values and individuality as they navigate through their academic journey, emphasizing the importance of self-respect and integrity in all endeavors. He also pointed out that while BC Trust University may have certain limitations, it stands out as a non-political institution dedicated to providing a conducive environment for students to thrive academically.

Dr. S.M. Showeb, the esteemed Registrar of the university, highlighted the university’s commitment to providing a nurturing and distraction-free environment for students to excel in their studies. He emphasized the need for students to dedicate themselves wholeheartedly to their education to bring pride to themselves and their families.

The second part of the ceremony featured a vibrant cultural program, showcasing the talents of students from various departments. The event also recognized the achievements of students who obtained higher degrees such as Ph.D. and M.Phil, with faculty members from the Business Administration Department, Dr. Rana Karim, Dr. Mita Mojumdar, Dr. Mohammad Siraj Mia, and others being acknowledged for their contributions.

As the clock struck 10:11 PM on February 24, 2025, the ceremony came to a close, leaving a lasting impact on the graduating students and the entire BC Trust University community.
