In addition to the Khulna metropolitan area, top leaders from 10 districts of the division are expected to attend the conference, adding to the grandeur of the event. The conference will kick off with a recitation of the Holy Quran and recitation of songs at 10 am, followed by the hoisting of national and party flags, seating of distinguished guests, musical performances, inaugural speeches, special guest remarks, keynote address, chief guest speech, and concluding remarks by the conference chairperson during the first session. The second session will be held at the gymnasium building of the Khulna District Stadium at 3 pm, featuring additional speeches and cultural programs at the Circuit House conference venue.
