Yo, so apparently, according to the President of the Student League, after smuggling money for 15 years, it’s possible to create the country’s budget four times over. Jahidul Islam, the central president of the Bangladesh Islamic Student League, dropped this bomb at the Milonayoton of the Dinajpur Children’s Academy in the city of Dinajpur on Wednesday afternoon. Not really sure why this matters, but he said it, so let’s roll with it.
The President of the Student League said that those running the secretariat today are quite educated. If they’re so smart, then why is there so much corruption in Bangladesh? They’ve been demanding justice for those injured in July’s uprising, so let’s stop corruption in society. Over the past 15 years, those who have raised the banner of patriotism, and by showing the consciousness of ’71 through their patriotism, are the ones who have smuggled money out of the country in such a large amount that it’s possible to create the country’s budget four times over with that money.
In response to a question from journalists, Jahidul Islam said that elections should take place, it’s necessary. Not really sure why, but he seems pretty insistent on it. I can’t see any visible results of these rituals after August 5th. Let’s hope that elections take place after the necessary rituals are completed.
